When dogs arrive to us, a new environment with strange people, their instincts are to run away. Dogs will try to back out of collars and so every dog off transport is given a strong harness to keep them safe. Over a year's time that adds up to A LOT of harnesses.
Each $15 donation allows us to buy one harness for a foster dog.
